They say they're pet friendly then they're surprised you have a pet! The rooms are big and come with a full kitchen! I like that they keep the beds on rollers you know they clean under them. Very clean! They have wooden floors instead of dirty carpets. The price is economical. Don't be a minute late to grab and go breakfast or you'll miss even a cup of coffee. Definitely a hidden find!
First of all WOW. Thank you Sir Nick. Once I stepped into the lobby I knew that I was in the perfect place the staff was polite and very friendly. My room was clean I felt like I was in my own apartment. Kitchen with a refrigerator microwave dishwasher & stove and they all worked perfectly. My room was fresh and clean I had plenty of towels I can’t wait to come back I had a wonderful seven days here once again thank you Nick and staff. If anyone is looking for a place to stay it is nice quiet clean and relaxing this is where you want to be.
Nick did a great job taking care of an issue for me the one night I was here. He is a great worker and him and meet work very hard on the desk.!! You should be proud to have these two employees
Great rooms for a great price! Full kitchen, comfortable beds, room was clean. & The staff is great. I really have no complaints. I'm convinced any negative reviews are from people mistaking this one for a different location. There is another Extended Stay close by, so it's possible they're talking about that one.
I stayed here during 2024 summer slam at Cleveland browns stadium and loved it. The desk staff were nice and helpful. I fell in love with the area during my stay so much that this weekend I came out for job interviews and when I move into the area I will be putting up my friends that are helping me move into this hotel. Having access to a full kitchen, free breakfast, laundry, plentiful restaurants within reasonable walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby for the price per night is truly a steal. And despite it being in a central location, it is still quiet and private inside.
The night attendant was not nice. She complained when we ask for silverware and plates. We try two doors that not open, and she get mad with us. The room was smelling bad but the size was ok for us. For one night it's worked, but if a go back to the same city I will probably search for other hotel
So fat, it's been alright w/the exception they have ran out of coffee before the end time and didn't refill it
My family and I had a wonderful experience at this location, which was a pleasant surprise given our past negative experiences at other hotels. The staff, especially Melissa, was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable about the city. My only critique is that the room felt a bit outdated and could use some refreshing. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again.
